My recipe and my plate design. Roast duck rubbed with chili sambal, hoisin tea sauce, a soba noodle and forbidden rice salad with steamed vegetables and a ginger and sriracha vinaigrette, steamed bok choy and summer squash, and an egg poached in rice vinegar and sake.
Nutrition class is fantastic and I’m going to destroy it like Godzilla.
